Privacy Policy for Fruit Blender

This privacy policy applies to the Fruit Blender mobile application (hereby referred to as «Application») created by Saltario Games (hereby referred to as «Service Provider») as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use «AS IS».

1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application itself does not collect any personal data

The Application does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information. No registration is required.

Information collected by Yandex Mobile Ads SDK

The Application uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (including its Mediation platform) to display advertisements. In accordance with Yandex’s GDPR documentation and COPPA documentation, this SDK automatically collects certain data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This may include:

  • Device information: model, operating system version, language, screen size, manufacturer
  • Advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID) or iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
  • Network information: IP address (used for approximate location – city or region level, not precise GPS)
  • Interaction data: ad views, clicks, conversions, and video playback events
  • Application data: app version, launch events, session duration

This data is used to:

  • Show relevant advertisements
  • Limit ad frequency
  • Prevent fraudulent activity
  • Measure ad performance

Because the Application uses Yandex Mediation, Yandex may automatically select ads from its own network (RSA/РСЯ). No additional third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob or Unity Ads) are directly integrated unless explicitly added by the Service Provider (currently, none are added).

2. Does the Application collect precise real-time location?

No. The Application does not collect or access precise GPS location. However, Yandex SDK may derive an approximate location (city/region level) from your IP address.

3. Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Yes. Yandex Mobile Ads SDK is operated by Yandex (Yandex Europe AG for users in Europe, or Yandex LLC for users in Russia). Yandex may access and process data as described in its privacy policies:

The Service Provider does not sell, share, or transfer any personal data to any other third parties. Yandex may use sub-processors (e.g., hosting or analytics services) as detailed in its own policy.

4. Your consent and GDPR compliance (for users in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.

Consent requirement

Per Yandex’s GDPR requirements, the SDK will only collect your data if you give explicit consent. When you first launch the Application, you will see a consent dialog.

Your choices:

  • Accept – Yandex may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device data, and show personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • Decline – Yandex SDK will not collect any personal data. You will still see non-personalized (contextual) ads.

The Application calls MobileAds.SetUserConsent(true/false) based on your choice, as required by Yandex GDPR documentation.

You can change your consent at any time by reinstalling the Application or adjusting privacy settings within the Application (if available).

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Request access to your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

5. Children and age restrictions (COPPA and GDPR-K)

The Application is intended for general audiences and is suitable for all ages. The Yandex Mob Set Age Restricted Us setting in the Application is disabled (meaning the Application does not restrict use by children).

United States (COPPA)

Per Yandex’s COPPA documentation, the Service Provider must inform the SDK whether a user is under 13.

  • If you are under 13 years of age, the Application (via Yandex SDK) will limit data collection as required by COPPA. The Application calls MobileAds.SetAgeRestrictedUser(true) for users identified as under 13.
  • The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Application without parental consent, contact us immediately at saltariogames@gmail.com.

European Economic Area (GDPR-K)

For users under 16 years of age in the EEA, consent for data processing must be given or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. The consent dialog will require parental authorization for users identified as under 16.

Recommendation for parents

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s mobile app usage and use parental control tools (e.g., limiting ad tracking in device settings).

6. What are your opt-out rights?

You can stop all data collection by the Application entirely by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your mobile device or app store.

Additionally, you can limit ad tracking at the device level:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (or Reset advertising ID)
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off «Personalized Ads»

These device settings will also limit data collection by Yandex SDK.

7. Security

The Service Provider takes data security seriously. However, since the Application itself stores no personal data, the primary security considerations are managed by Yandex. Yandex implements industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. For more details, please review Yandex’s security practices in their privacy policy.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with a new effective date. You are advised to review this policy regularly, as continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.

9. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. For users in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, this consent is explicit via the consent dialog.
